Memory Gardens is a Perpetual Care Cemetery and Chapel Mausoleum located in the upstate of South Carolina, approximately 3 miles from Clemson University. We are a member of the South Carolina Cemetery Association and are licensed by the South Carolina Perpetual Care Cemetery Board.

What is Perpetual Care?

Perpetual Care means we are required by the state of South Carolina to reasonably maintain the cemetery grounds and buildings, using the funds held in the cemetery perpetual care trust fund.

A one time fee is charged at the time of purchase of any lot/space, crypt, niche or marker. These monies are placed into an irrevocable trust, regulated by the State of South Carolina. When the cemetery is at capacity, it is the interest from this fund that will be used to care for the grounds and buildings. This is your assurance that Memory Gardens will be well maintained for generations to come.
